Kacey walked down the long hallway in the castle. Her bare feet pounded softly on the cold stone floor, occasionally being muffled as she walked across the carpeted areas. She made her way to her sister Kamil's room. Kacey had just been told by one of the house keepers that breakfast was to be served shortly, but she took her time to admire the things in the long hallway. The drapes hung low on the windows, not letting much light in since the sun had just risen. The castle was quiet as no one else roomed on this floor.
Kacey turned into the next hall and she came to her sisters quarters. She slowly turned the cold handle on the door and quickly skipped into the room. She made her way over to the bed and poked her sisters arm quickly, knowing she would probably get yelled at. "Kamil, wake up! Breakfast will be done shortly and you need to get ready for the day. You've slept until 9. Kamil..? Wake up." Kacey tries getting her sister up. Kamil was never really a morning person. |

Kamil's red silk curtains were pulled down over the windows by her maid, blocking out the sun. She sat up when Kacey prodded her, sitting up and shooting a glare at her. ❝...Fine. I'm coming.❞ She slowly got up, seeing that her personal maid had already prepared her morning ensemble for her. She vanished behind a screen, dressing herself in a black blouse with leather trousers. She was never one for dresses. She tied a red scarf around her waist, finishing her outfit, before sliding into her lace-up boots. ❝Okay, I'm ready.❞
She stepped out into the open, heels clicking on the floor as she went ahead of her sister to get breakfast. [/font] |

"Kamil! Wait up.." Kacey stumbled down the wall to her sister, trying to catch up to her. She laughs to herself as she looks up and down her sister, then herelf as she is still wearing what she wore to bed the night before. 'Ill just dress after I eat' Kacey thinks to herself. "Did you sleep well, Kamil?" She tried making small talk with her sister, knowing it would probably be really awkward silence all the way down stairs, seeing as her sister is a very quiet person.
"I know I did, but I'm still tired and have no idea why. Thats okay though, maybe I'll take a nap later today if I can." Kacey rambled all the down the stairs. As she was walking, she had managed to tie her hair up, her bangs falling out and into her face. She looked over at her sister and waited for a response. Kacey examined Kamil's face, looking as though she was deep in thought. She shrugged it off and bounced her way down the stairs. |

Kamil shrugged. ❝I slept fine. Just kept having bad dreams.❞ She turned and headed down the spiraling staircase, keeping her eyes ahead. ❝Make sure you don't get sick, okay? See the castle shaman later today.❞ She came down to their third floor dining room, seeing the carts of food being wheeled outside. ❝Thank you.❞ She mumbled as the servants sat out the twins' food, sitting down at her respective seat and beginning to dine. Their meal consisted of roasted and buttered asparagus and carrots, a asiago cheese bagel, and rich sausages. |

"Oh this looks wonderful, Maaki. Thank you, and you too Catarin." Kacey excitedly says. She sit down at the long table, looking around. "I wonder what we shall do today. Theres so many things to do in this huge castle. Or maybe we can go outside and to the market or something." Kacey suggests. "Makki, will you open the blinds please?" She asked, preparing her eyes for the sun. "It looks a bit dark in here."
Kacey plays with the ends of her hair, waiting for her sister to sit down as well. |

Kamil glanced up at Catarin, her personal servant, who gave her a smile. She gave a small smile in return before starting to eat, finishing her meal quickly without anything left on the plate. The serving size that was given to her had been perfected by the chef.
❝Go get your meals, Catarin, Maaki. I'm sure you're both hungry.❞ |

Kacey eats her food slowly, savoring the taste of her breakfast. She smiles as Maaki opens the curtains for her. "Thank you. Make sure you go get your breakfast as well Maaki." Kacey gestures toward to kitchen. She finishes her food and stand up. "Kamil I'm going to go get dressed and I'll be back down."
Kacey informs her sister before walking back up two flights of stairs to her room. She shuts the door and grabs a white shirt and a pair of black trousers on. She slips her flats on and combs her hair out. Kacey brushes the hair out of her eyes and skips downstairs. |

Kamil nodded, watching as her sister ran off to get dressed. She ate slowly, thoughtful eyes gazing off into the distance. Maybe they could go to the marketplace today... It seemed like a good day. When she came back, Kamil spoke. ❝I think we should stop by the marketplace. Besides, I want to see how the sick vendor I bought medicine for the other day is doing.❞ |
