A golden wolf stepped out of the shadows, slowly going back to her human form. Just outside the walls was where she sat, resting in the grass, watching as a person walked along the top, far away. A guard. She would be shot at with a bow if she got too close. She sighed, sitting back a little. The guard was far off, but she didn't want to risk anything.
She just waited in silence.
She was too scared to go in by herself, but... maybe someone would happen upon her, and they could venture in together. She'd need a way to hide her ears, though... Magic, maybe?

Kara hadn't been this bored in ages, as the demon of war and chaos she fed on the energy that was released during chaos and battle. That was for when she wasn't in the mood for human souls. She was dressed in her usual attire, her long red locks of naturally soft hair were allowed to run freely across her lower back although some stray strands framed her face in an accidental manner that could still portray natural beauty without much effort. She had two things about her that were slightly intimidating however, The first was her height. Due to her full demon father being HUGE Kara stood at a height of 6'7ft and she was still growing, This ensured that she had long,perfect legs and a body shape to match. Her gigantic sword was strapped safely to her back as always, This sword was bigger than most 6 or 7 year olds and far heavier but she managed to handle it with ease due to her demon strength.
She walked with this giant blade on her back and leaned right on the wall the humans had built, she made sure it was at an angle that no one could see her from then she threw her gigantic sword upward causing it to cut a red apple off the tree. Both the apple and the sword came falling down, Kara caught her sword first then her apple. Legally the apple tree she was eating from belonged to the humans but It had the best apples she had ever tasted so she would teleport here freaquently to have a few. As she began walking away Kara noticed an absolutely adorable lady sitting near the wall, she was sporting a pair of big old greenish eyes and strawberry blond hair. Kara looked at her for a second pondering on whether she should go say something or go back home. She then spoke to herself after making a choice. "Nah...I don't stand a chance,plus I've got things to do." she strapped the gigantic sword on her back safely and began to walk away but found herself heading back in the female's direction despite her choice to go back home.
When she was close enough to her Kara spoke while noticing a pair of ears that she hadn't seen a while ago "whoa! was the only word that automatically slipped out when Kara tried to speak. " I thought wolves shifted completely when they went into human form... You have a pair of cute reminders right ontop of your head. she pointed at the wolf like ears before remembering what she came here for. Kara wasn't exactly the shy kind of person that would go silent when meeting new people or hold back opinions."have you ever been in there before? Humans have A LOT more things to play with instead of looking at nature day in and day out. They just don't play well with others. Kara paused to take a few bites of her apple since Kara noticed the wolf lady looking at the wall.
Kara savoured each bite even though apples didn't exactly keep demons healthy or help them in any way since they were nearly immortal. Kara just liked them, she looked back at the female "I don't mean to be pushy but... W..we could, you know. Kara looked around a bit, she felt a little odd offering to travel with someone she didn't know. We could go have a little fun in there if you're up for it. I'm sure whoever your waiting for out here will wait till you come back. Kara smiled a bit before taking another bite of her apple.

Jude watched as a very, very tall woman cut an apple down from a human tree, biting her lip. Daring... She stopped watching her as she walked up, instead, letting her eyes drift up to the sky. It was darkening quick. She yelped and jumped as she heard a voice, frightening the wolf. She scrambled to her feet, blushing furiously. "C-Cute...?" She tugged at her ears nervously, biting her lip. "...I wouldn't say so. I'm not entirely a werewolf, I just identify the best as one."
She paused, shaking her head. "I don't have anyone to go in with, so... I just stay out here." She looked up, meeting the other's golden eyes. "I'd love to!" Her tail made a sudden appearance, wagging a little behind her back.
"I'm not waiting for anyone... Just looking up." She paused. "I'm Jude, by the way. A werewolf. Who are you?" |

When Kara saw the wolf lady tugging at her ears, all Kara could do was smile. It was a cuteness overload, but when the other woman explained that she wasn't exactly a wolf the reason for those ears made sense. "hmmm, Maybe you're a half blood like me? Or you could possibly be a shifter. Either way Those ears really get me. Kara took a few more bites of her apple while listening to the other woman as she explained why she hadn't been past the walls of this city. Then when the wolf woman said she would love to have a little fun in the city Kara's smile widened "right then, I'll be back in a few seconds. As sad as I am to say this,We might need to cover those ears up before going in. Humans and cute appearently don't go together."
then as Kara looked up ready to teleport she heard the other woman introduce herself as "Jude A werewolf". its my pleasure to meet you Jude, I'm Kara. Half demon and half witch She gave a smile and didn't include the part about her being a Demon overlord since that sort of scared people from time to time. Shortly after introducing herself Kara seemed to vanish from existance completely. Then seconds later she suddenly appeared again with a hat made for males in her hand "This should allow you to move around unnoticed. When we're in we could go to a shop to look for a nicer one" Kara handed Jude the hat before walking up to her and gently holding onto Jude's hand since Kara's teleportation powers needed her to have physical contact with the passanger.I'm Sorry. Kara apologised for touching her without permission then a slight blush made its way onto Kara's face."Ok so,you might feel a little dizzy after your first teleport but in a few seconds you'll be just fine. In a few seconds Kara and Jude dissapeared...
Seconds later they appeared in a clothing shop where the owner was asleep. It had a few nice hats so Kara figured they could start there so Jude could pick another hat.

Jude blinked, shrugging. "I dunno... Do you really think I'm cute...?" She tugged at the tips, brushing her fingers along the soft fur. She let go, and they instantly perked back up. "...Alright." She watched her vanish, looking even more curious. "Cool... Half blooded demon." She'd met a demon before, but she didn't get along with her. At all. She looked forward until she came back, smiling. "This works." She flattened her ears, pushing the hat down over them. Her hair covered where normal human ears would ordinarily be, making sure no one saw that bit. She grinned, her smile faltering and blush coming onto her cheeks as her hand was brushed. "...It's okay." She gave her hand a soft squeeze, then held on tight as they teleported. Her head spun a bit as they entered, shaking her head. "Ngh... Okay. I'm fine." She looked around, plucking a red hood embroidered with gold with a cape that went down to her knees. It would cover her tail. She handed the old hat to Kara as she pulled on the cloak. "Okay!" (Can you start a thread in Astralyre with the continuation of this?)
